Digital Orange uses text messaging (SMS) to coordinate with clients — scheduling, project status updates, and service notifications. Messages are sent through Twilio, our messaging provider. These terms describe how the program works.

Opt-in

You will only receive texts from us if you are a client (or prospective client) who has agreed to communicate by text. Consent is collected directly from you — typically verbally, during onboarding or in the course of our work together — and applies to the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with project activity. During an active project you might receive a few messages a week; between projects, few or none. We don't send marketing blasts by text.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Digital Orange does not charge for text messages; your carrier's standard rates apply.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You'll receive a single confirmation message, after which we will not text you again unless you re-subscribe. You can also simply tell us you'd prefer email or phone — we'll switch, no questions asked.

Help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or reach us viadigitalorange.net/contact.

Privacy

Phone numbers and opt-in information are used solely to communicate with you as described here.No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
